New yoga option to share athletic center facility
Madison-based yoga studio to open Verona location
Verona Athletic Center will have a new fitness option in mid-February: yoga.
A west-side Madison yoga studio, Inner Fire Yoga, will expand its business by adding a location in Verona, according to the company. The Verona studio is scheduled to open Feb. 13, according to the company’s online announcement.
Hot yoga is similar to yoga practice but is done in a heated room kept at slightly higher temperatures. Inner Fire explained on its website that heat affects the elasticity of the body and reduces injury.
The Verona studio will be at 411 Prairie Heights Drive.
Inner Fire Yoga studio has been operating in Madison for more than a decade at 5003 University Ave.
